IT'S STILL BURNING ME UP. Can you imagine being so bereft of decency as to publish an article labelling photographs--of a specific woman--"grotesque?" I imagine there's some argument to be made that Ms. Beller invited criticism by posing for the photos, but certainly not that kind of criticism. Here's another article: "Her flesh appears heavy, but also muscled and strong. The shadows are dramatic. In a way, she looks like she is straining to break out of her earthbound body."

RENAE GEERLINGS finally got her new site up and running--here's the picture that first made me sit up and exclaim, "Look at the guns on that comic chick!!!" There is something so indescribably sublime about muscles on a nerd girl.
A LONG LOST BETTY AND VERONICA COVER I DISCOVERED, posted to Female Muscle Growth 2. Who knew that the writers back then were also FMG fetishists? Not I! If it doesn't display properly, save it to your disk and then check it. Yahoo! forces images into awkward sizes. Look deep down under the Lingster photo directory.
THERE'S BEEN SOME CONTROVERSY HERE IN NEW YORK about a new exhibit at the Whitney. Now, normally I pay very little mind to the Whitney, because it's a bastion of "Look Ma! No Brains!" leftism. However, in this rare case they actually got something right--deciding to run with an exhibit of nude photographs featuring the amazingly talented and deliciously voluptuous dancer, Alexandra Beller. Voluptuous dancers are something of an oddity--most are very slender. Ms. Beller is zaftig and muscular, and in my qualified opinion quite the hottie. Yet right out of the gate, some inconsequential little shit wrote a critique for Salon describing the Beller photos as "grotesque". Ahem.
The New York Times Magazine ran a nice piece defending Beller somewhat, but also giving her and some friends a bit of a platform to fire back at the little shit. One nice quote: ''She's amazingly strong -- she can lift a man and throw him over her shoulder,'' says Mira Kingsley, who is dancing along with Beller in Beller's latest choreographic work..." I'm going to make an effort to attend one of her coming performances, running May 2 - 5 at P.S. 122 in the City.
It just burns me up the way well-nourished women are always being disparaged and whittled down into stick figures. I look at pictures of Jennifer Connelly from the Oscars, and I want to weep.

DID I FIND SOMETHING SPECIAL TODAY!! So I was running on last night about Archie Comics, right? Well, today I went to trusty Forbidden Planet off Union Square and read through every single Archie comic they had. I didn't find what I was looking for, but I found something nearly as good. In "Now Weight a Minute", reprinted in Archie Digest #188, Archie is shown struggling to move a large amplifier. Veronica, disgusted with Archie's ineffectual grunting, says, "Oh, honestly, what a weakling!" just as Betty walks in. Betty volunteers to move it, and to everyone's shock is able to do so with ease. She explains to the gang that she's been weight training. Later she takes Veronica to the gym, and Veronica learns that the men in the gym are really into strong girls. Anyway...Archie Digest #187 also has Archie and Betty in some gym scenes, although Betty makes no display of great strength in them. It occurred to me that just a small amount of image manipulation and the entire thrust of the story could be, um, made even more interesting from our point of view. For instance, while Betty is very strong, even when flexing she only has tube-arms, with no bulges. I could fix that. Also, the dialog could easily be altered to, for instance, merge the scenes from 187 and 188 and create a new storyline in which, perhaps, Archie early on mocks girls lifting weights. I tried to do this tonight, but I couldn't get my old scanner to work with Win2000 (Plug and Pray). I'll try again tomorrow with Win98.
DEROB JACOBS WRITES:
- That in-progress growth animation I showed you a few months back finally has a new home in Imaginos's gallery at the BEA. It's freely available, even to non-members (good thing Flash animations can be so small). The animation's called "Jenny and the Growth Serum," and is at http://www.bearchive.com/~imaginos/NEW/GrowthSerum.html
THE TRANSGENDER PEOPLE are way ahead of us on finding comic book examples of their fetish. Look at this page, for instance. One of the things I hoped to accomplish when I started this blog was to help give our little band of FMG fetishists some critical mass.
JILLY MILLY PART 5 is on DtV, right here. Marknew writes to say that it will be at least a week before he's able to finish part 6.
WHEN I RAISE OR LOWER MY TOILET SEAT, it makes a weird vibration that sounds like a wookie. It's probably about 70 years old, with metal fittings, so I don't hold it against the seat. Just thought I'd share that.

AN INTERESTING LITTLE ARTICLE THAT TURNED UP when I did a Google search on the phrase, "stronger than her husband".
AND WHILE I WAS EXPLORING DEACON BLACK'S SITE, I realized that "pmkane" looked familiar, so I took a step up to the domain and found a treasure trove! One guy named "BettyBats" has some fabulous stuff--I think I posted a link to one of his auctions a few months ago, but look at this, and this, this, this great piece and (omigod) this masterpiece. (NUDITY)
DOCTOR QUATRO INFORMS ME that "dblack00" on eBay is actually Deacon Black, who was a Web site.
TWO OTHER NICE THINGS AT LIQUID GENERATION are the Kill Osama Bin Ladin game--which helped me cool off after reading of the Saudi's latest perfidy--and the Beers for Spears game, where you get to buy drinks for Britney and then take off her clothes after she gets drunk. Both are in the games section.
FUNNY BOOB JOKE BY FORMER FIRST LADY: Apparently when Barbara Bush spoke recently in Kansas, a newspaper reporter misheard the word "dress" as "breast". Much merriment has ensued.
WHY ARE WE TAKING CRAP FROM THESE PEOPLE? The more I read about Saudi elites, the more I despise them. The atrocities of 9/11 were committed almost entirely by Saudi nationals, but instead of getting down on their knees and begging forgiveness, many of their senior government officials criticize our government, hamper our efforts and try to tell us what to do. Why is this being tolerated? The nest of vipers is in Riyadh; Baghdad is a side-bar.
A LOT OF VERY CUTE busty Asian girls are up on the White Board at Forest of Breast right now. The White Board is just clothed models, usually posing.
4/27/2002
ARCHIE COMICS ran a strip when I was a teenager, that depicted Archie trying to help a cute new neighbor girl carry her stuff from a moving van into her new house. Thing is, the boxes were filled with dumbells and plates--that belonged to the girl. While Archie wasn't strong enough to even lift them off the ground, the new girl was able to heft them easily. Anyway, I never bought the comic--probably scarce resources forced me to decide between Archie and X-Men. Does anyone else remember this issue? I'm pretty sure it was pre-1986, because I remember browsing it in the 7-11, not the comics specialty store that showed up later.
ON THE OTHER HAND, a young lady named "hollybjrlgcae" has just sent me a lovely email requesting that I "Do [her] now!!!" So I got that goin' for me.
- DO ME NOW!!
FREE PORN ACCESS ALL THE PORN YOU CAN HANDLE!!
DO ME NOW I WANT YOU TO CUM!!!
FUNNY GAME CALLED "WHOSE BOOBS?" at Liquid Generation.
THERE ARE THREE KIDS on my street who think the funniest thing in the world is to ring your doorbell and then run like hell. They did it last night, and then they did it this afternoon. This afternoon I walked out the door and down the steps, and when I did that they left their hiding place behind a car across the street and ran around the corner. About an hour later I saw them doing it to a house across the street--this is in broad daylight, remember--and hide behind a car in front of my house. Naturally I opened my front door, crept down the steps, walked up behind them and screamed RAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGHHHH!!!!!at the top of my lungs. I don't think they thought that was very funny.
OK, I ADMIT A BIZARRE FONDNESS for Country/Western covers of mainstream hits. Right now I'm listenting to a Dwight Yoakam cover of Cheap Trick's "I Want You to Want Me". Funny thing is, normally I don't even like covers! For instance, I am of the strong opinion that Rod Stewart should be drawn and quartered for his brutal easy-listening massacre of Tom Waits' masterpiece, "Downtown Train". I'm willing to give Bruce Springsteen a pass for his cover of Waits' "Jersey Girl", which still brings a tear to my Nova Caesarean eye.
"ASSAULT AND BATTERY BARBIE" at an expired eBay auction. Cute. Also, a busty jungle girl, and a busty vampire, and "G.I. Joesephine" by the same artist, "dblack00".
DAVID C. MATTHEWS POSTED a marvelously muscle-bound mermaid to Wreck Shop's message board. The first JPEG has an error in it, but if you scroll down just a bit, you'll see where Dave reposted her, and she looks terrific! My first reaction was that a mermaid so muscular as that would hardly be able to stay afloat, but then I noticed her two very substantial ventral swim bladders. Nudity, by the way.
A FEW SECONDS OF BRITNEY SPEARS CURSING at a concert she did a while back in Rio. Her mic was live but she didn't know it. Check here for it--listen all the way through.
I LINKED TO COOP'S SITE a few months ago, but he's either added this picture, or I missed it the first time around. It's meant to provide a more accurate depiction of Xena and Gabrielle.
I READ THIS YEARS AGO, but saw it mentioned in passing at the Aurora Universe site and went looking for it. It's an essay by Larry Niven about Superman's sexual problems. It's truly a classic.
I POSTED AN OLD SUPERMAN STORY from the 1960s to the More Super Females group at Yahoo! The file is here. It's called "superweak.zip". The comic is from 1965--Superman is stranded powerless on a planet whose inhabitants are all super-powered. Now the weakest man on the planet, he falls in love with a super-strong girl.
TOM BURGOS POSTED a cartoony version of an alternate She-Hulk.
"THE BACHELOR" HAD TWO GOOD REASONS for picking Amanda.
GOT A LETTER FROM SHARON BEST:
- I came across your Web page and was very interested... you've worked hard to find links to an amazing variety of material, most of which is focused on feminine strength, power and physique. But, it's a lot more tasteful than Diana's Valkyrie's site. I thought I'd send you a link for reference on your page, this one to a picture that I had commissioned some time ago. This picture was commissioned for one of my SF stories. In this case, we have a girl from a distant star, five hundred tons of granite and a maniac of a photographer who is shouting "Hold that pose... don't move a muscle". She seems eminently capable of complying. http://velorian.org/hold_that_pose_1024.jpg
A second pict, one I did myself, shows along woman from another star, squinting and taking aim at the bad guy before projecting some kind of energy beam from her finger. Makes a nice wallpaper... model is Jaime Pressly. http://velorian.org/alien_jaimie.jpg
If you enjoy those, I'd love a link to my main page, the Aurora Universe. I've got a rather large repository of enhanced art of phenomenally strong women (some of them as muscular as you enjoy) along with a great deal of original fiction. I've got a pretty big readership and would be glad to link back.
BTW... the AU may look like a Supergirl fan fiction site at first, but it's not really. My characters are Velorians and Arions, and while they borrow a fare bit conceptually from Kryptonians (and some of the submitted art is definitely Kryptonian) most of my characters are non-infringing on DC Comics. A few are fan-fiction. Check out the Images of Power section... hundreds of photoenhances there, most of them unique for the AU, a few not.
If you want to get a flavor of my writing, and I see you are a fan of PowerGirl, you might enjoy my fan-fiction story called Power of Two: http://velorian.org/pot intro.htm, or go right to chapter one (the one that will either convince you like or don't like my writing) at: http://velorian.org/pot01.htm. As you can see, I embed a lot of enhanced images in my stories.

AS EXPECTED BY THE WISE MEN AT THE BEA, "The Bachelor" picked the chick with the biggest boobs.
IT'S MUCH WORSE than a comic book convention. Though I have always nursed an until-now secret desire to do so, I have never attended a sci-fi convention or a comic book convention. So when I saw at Frank Cho's site that he's going to be a guest at something called the "Creep Con", I checked it out. Whoa. I don't think I'll be driving down to Balmer for that one.
VINCE RUSSELL, who seems to do a lot of inking for Wildstorm, posted this sexy Wonder Girl pin-up at the Hughes Fans Yahoo! Group. (You gotta be a member.)
A FELLA NAMED "DRAVEN SPIRIT" posted two very nice drawings in a folder at FMG2. I really like the way he shows the progress of the muscularization in the drawings.
FRANK CHO IS A REALLY TALENTED ARTIST. I don't care for his writing so much, but his art is top-draw. You can check his site, and within the site you can find out why being a comic artist might not be the worst thing in the world.
SORRY TO GO COMPLETELY GONZO OFF-TOPIC, but I'm a bit drunk and rattled like hell about that explosion and building collapse in Chelsea today. So, anyway, I love that Phillip Morris is changing its name, and that all sorts of people are pissed about it. I'm not a registered securities dealer or advisor, but let me say that I have done very well for myself buying big MO everytime there's a settlement or judgement against it. Last time there was a big settlement, the thing dropped to $19, and I got in with every spare penny I had. Two years later it's around $55. How can you beat that? And the damned thing pays out better than $2/share in annual dividend, which means I'm making 10% off my cost basis, on the dividend alone, while almost tripling my money!! Phillip Morris, uh, Altria, whatever, is a beautiful thing.

FFEJL POSTED SOME INFO on Terminator 3 to the Muscle Growth Board on DtV, and it sounded exciting, but when I went to the link for the "female terminator," I was dismayed to find yet another emaciated stick girl. I mean, she's a 5'10", unmuscled clothes-horse! What's the point of that?
ANOTHER REALLY GREAT THING ABOUT KAZAA: I found a Country & Western cover of Cat Stevens' Here Comes My Baby by a band called "The Mavericks". I first heard the song about two months ago while driving from Hartford to New York, but it took me awhile to identify the band.
One thing that pisses me off is that I put "Gamma Girl" up on Kazaa, but only a few people have attempted a download. And those that do almost always abort before they've downloaded the whole thing.
Also, this message should not give readers any misconception regarding my feelings for that treacherous piece of shit that no longer calls itself "Cat Stevens".
MUSCLE-Y COMICS CHICK Renae Geerlings is about to relaunch her site.
WELL, THIS COULD BE AN INTERESTING JOB, except for having to look at all the fat guys. "Excuse me, miss. Yes, you, the athletic, busty girl in the red blouse. Could you step over here for just one second?"
ALL THOSE SIRENS AGAIN, I felt my heart sink into my stomach. I hope there are no fatalities.
JILLY MILLY PART 4, now available at DtV. I gotta hurry, 'cause there's a whistle up above and people push and people shove.

I AM WORKING on a big surprise for you fellas. It was kinda Marknew's idea, but we instant messengered today and I think he's surprised I've been able to execute on it so quickly. He threw it out as a hypothetical, but it's easy to underestimate the energy a bored, soon-to-be-jobless FMG fetishist can bring to a fetish-related endeavor.
OF COURSE, I am posting here despite the fact that Blogspot seems to be down about half the time the last few days.
NEW COMICS DAY: First, let me take a moment to remark on how some people in comic book shops smell really, REALLY bad. I was standing next to one guy today, who bore the unmistakeable stink of coffee, cigarettes, unbathed skin and dirty underpants. I mean, PEEEEEEE YOUUUUUU. He reminded me of a technology project manager I used to work for.
That said, pretty lame on the new comics front. Check out Wonder Woman #180 for some giant muscular girl action.
I WISH I THOUGHT OF THIS, because I hate these people. And when I was one of them, years ago, I hated myself, too.

FROM THE "WHAT THE HELL WERE THEY THINKING!?!?" FILE: Winner Christie Kerr fellates the LPGA Longs Drugs Challenge Trophy yesterday. (It'd be easy to commit a spoonerism with that one.)
MARKNEW HAS POSTED CARLA to DtV, with a new foreward by the author. I wonder which parts were real, and which invented?
A BIG NUDE RENDERED MUSCLE GIRL here on Renderosity.
OH, YEAH. I found this at Renderosity, too. Really nice piece of work. The author is Kiera, and she has a nice gallery, too.
NEW LINGSTER RENDER AT RENDEROSITY, of a muscular girl and her muscular car. I also posted a reduced version at Wreck-Shop's site. Going to bed, now. Whew.
BUSTY POWER GIRL [SIGH] drawing on eBay.

LAST WEEKEND I SPENT HOURS AND HOURS setting up a model, and more importantly, movements of a model, to create a realistic growth movie. The next step was to do multiple renders of movie footage taken from various angles at various body parts. I finished two sequences, my PC crashed, and I hadn't saved the scene so it was lost, and I have no way to recreate it. I was a little irritated with myself, and didn't post what I had, as I'd said I would. But people are asking for it, despite its state of completion, so I have cut, edited, and posted it in the files section of FMG2. The compression went well and so the file is only 1.5Mb.
NICE BARB WIRE DRAWING by Adam Hughes, in the Adam Hughes Yahoo! Group.
SO THIS MORNING I FORGOT TO FEED FELINGSTER. A few minutes ago, he jumps up on the PC tower case, and he's just looking at me. I reach over to scratch his head and WHAM! He bites me. Not a vicious bite, but a nip. So I go to the kitchen and pour out some cat food for him, and now he's all lovey-dovey. And it's not like he didn't have dry food out already--he just wanted fresh dry food. The little whore bastard.
THREE DAYS AGO it was 95 degrees fahrenheit here in New York, but this morning while I was laying in bed, hot air was blowing in through my vent. It was cold enough in the house to activate the thermostat.
AN UNKIND READER who shall remain nameless, has penned a brief message regarding my advice to write FMG stories like "you're making love," not "like you're jacking off". The thrust of his argument is that any worthwhile story of the genre is inevitably written in the latter fashion.
PHIL WRITES A THIRD TIME: Careful, Phil, you might turn into a contributor! I asked him if he has the BE story "Royal Jelly" on his hard drive and he replied that he does not, though he does have a story list that includes the following description:
- Royal Jelly: A breast-obsessed archeologist and his flat-chested wife discover a lost civilization high in the Andes.
OTHER LANGUAGES: My query regarding "Carla" was answered by a lurker named Phil: "Ok - well, call me a pack-rat. I've never posted the community, but I've been collecting stories for a very long time." Phil has a copy of "Carla", which we'll hopefully be seeing soon on DtV. Marknew confirmed that he still has a copy on his drive, but it didn't occur to him that anybody would want to read it: "I'm surprised I never posted it on DtV. I suppose I should." I slapped my forehead when I got that email. I mean, what are we paying this guy for if not to...oh, nevermind.
Anyway, the point of this post is, are there FMG stories written in other languages? This morning I used Babelfish to translate the phrase "her muscles grew" into the four different languages in which I have limited facility (German--spent a little time in Deutschland, Spanish--took it in high school, French--took it in college, Italian--Spanish with a French accent, near as I can tell), and then searched on those phrases. I got bupkis. I'm sure we have readers who don't parlais l'Anglais as their first language--is there anything else out there?
TV GUIDE has a story about a class here in NYC at Chelsea Piers called "Fight Like a Girl"--one of the teachers is a woman named Laurie Malen, and she has a herculean build. I can't find any online photos of the lady, but there's one in TV Guide. If she's who I think she is, I actually met her about two years ago in New York at an industry party. She was wearing a light blue professional outfit that was clearly heavily tailored, if not custom made, to show off her very muscular limbs. I kept peeking at her but did not approach beyond a passing greeting. She was a vision of built beauty.
AUDREY HEPBURN, busting out all over at the BEA.
BURGOS AUCTION WATCH: Check here for a very sexy picture.

A GREAT ARTICLE ON CARS by George Will, from Thursday's Washington Post. It's completely off-topic, but a nice little read for anybody who likes automobiles.
4/19/2002
THE VCR AND SHOW ALERTS board at the BE Archive is really a tremendous resource--I wish the female muscle guys had something similar.
NEW STORY ON DIANA THE VALKYRIE, by Ristard McSean, called Word Processor of the Gods. It's a pretty good first effort, but he should take his time a bit when telling the story, and of course pay more attention to punctuation, separating dialog text, breaking the document into paragraphs, etc. Don't write like you're jacking off, Ristard; write like you're making love.
INCIDENTALLY, I'm not suggesting that I was around before Marknew. I'm really not sure which of us posted to AAWA first, but I think we posted at about the same time. The blog has at least one reader who was part of the scene a good year or 18 months before I got involved in it, and who posted good, solid stories. I'd love to hear his take on the early days.
Also, Marknew wrote a story back then called "Carla", I think, which I haven't seen since and a casual Web search turned up no sign--but I'd love to read it again. The premise was delightful--early in high school, a guy makes a habit of working out with a girl he knows, named Carla. He is injured at some point, and never returns to working out with Carla--he terminates their quasi-romantic friendship without a thought. As the next few years go by, his athleticism fades, while Carla continues working out and becomes increasingly muscular and physically powerful. Eventually she confronts him and humiliates him.
I borrowed the name Carla for one of the characters in Mighty Morphin' Amazon Cheerleaders. What say, Mark? You still have it?
AN EVEN EARLIER ISSUE OF R&D, containing some of the earliest references to my work:
- MIGHTY MORPHIN AMAZON CHEERLEADERS - Tracey's Diary
- by Lingster the Great - is an Amazon story, as far as it goes. If you
can handle the concept of teenage girls getting mighty breasts, fine,
but you're going to have to handle their superhuman muscles and
strength as well. You can't win them all.
LOIS'S TIME TO FLY comes from the keyboard of the same author.
He seems awfully aggressive and rather cross about something, but
that's the way to be these days, apparently. If you always wished that
Lois was built a bit more like a brick shit-house, read on. Personally,
I can never really work out why she never seems to recognise Clark
when he's all dressed up.
- LINGSTER GETS CROSS
Remember a few months ago, we reviewed a couple of stories by
Lingster the Great, at which time we said "he seems awfully
aggressive and rather cross about something". That's the trouble with
putting the newsletter in a public place, all manner of people get to
read it!
Now the man himself has written a most aggressive and cross-
sounding message threatening that if we don't add him to the mailing
list, he will write stories about women's breasts getting smaller. We
took a unilateral decision on behalf of our readers.
Welcome, Lingster!
For a time I was on the "BE Buddies" mailing list, but I was always getting into arguments with people, especially the cosmically annoying, but nonetheless incredibly talented, Doug Holverson.
BLAST FROM THE PAST: While I'm on the topic of boob growth, here's a six-year-old copy of the Research and Development newsletter Al aka "Some Sort of Dog" still writes. It's a bit odd to think of this stuff potentially lasting forever on the Web. Al, or a replacement, still puts it together periodically, but I don't think it keeps his interest as in old days.
BREAST ENHANCEMENT STORY FANS may have noticed that the BE Archive has been having some kind of problem with its archive. Not to worry, though, as the Overflowing Bra has been set up to take the slack. The Webmaster, ErikZ, explains better than I can why he set it up. It's certainly a welcome addition. One of my favorite stories, Fool For a Day, by the multitalented Munch Wolf, is there. Yes, it has muscle growth, too. It's actually quite a Nomdreservy story, since there are all sorts of transformations going on.

EEGORE JUST IM'D ME, to point my attention to a coloring job he did on one of Tom's drawings. You will need to be a member of the Yahoo! Group Burgos Appreciation Society to see it. (It's Power Girl [sigh]!!)
BURGOS POSTS A NEW ONE, Rampage vs. She-Hulk.
JILLY MILLY PART 3, available here.
4/17/2002
OTHER NEW COMICS: Not much. JSA #35 also has Power Girl [sigh] in it, but she's not featured as much as last issue. She is built and busty, though, and beggars can't be choosers. Wonder Woman also shows off some arm action in this one.
GO TO YOUR NEAREST COMIC BOOK SHOP and buy Birds of Prey #42. Power Girl [sigh] is drawn like she could benchpress a tractor trailer even if she didn't have super powers. And the penciller, Glenn Fabry, has drawn her powerful physique in a very subdued, realistic fashion. He has a history of drawing realistically muscled girls (1, 2). Check out this eBay auction, too.
4/16/2002
SARAH MICHELLE GELLAR never looked so good! Yatz took that scrawny little pipsqueak and gave her some Olympia-plus muscle.
JILLY MILLY PART 2 has appeared on DtV. Superboy is feeling less so, Jilly Milly moreso. Click here.
I SAW PANIC ROOM OVER THE WEEKEND. Sometimes Jodie Fisher looks buff--but this movie ain't one of those times. Still, it was a good, solid movie that didn't get all syrupy and silly at the end. (The ending is not what you'd necessarily expect.) I also have to admit I'm a big Dwight Yoakam fan, and he gave a stand-up performance.
SINCE WE HAVE SO MANY NEWCOMERS, why don't you guys check out my gallery at Renderosity? It'll do y'all some good, plus it'll drive my stats right up through the roof.
OK, TWO DAYS OF SUMMER IS ENOUGH. Can I get spring back here? It was 90 degrees today (that's 32 centigrade for those of you unfortunate enough to be living outside the United States of America), which is a bit much for a month we expect to bring showers for next month's flowers. But due to the heat, next month's flowers are early by many, many hours. Still, I do like seeing the ladies walking around half naked. I saw a middle-aged muscle girl yesterday at about 3 in the afternoon on 14th St. She was pretty built, and very fit looking--no sleeves.
THE XTREME STRENGTH LINK seems to have caused traffic here to surge by 150%. Thanks, Paul!

BURGOS POSTS LEGION OF SUPER-HERO DRAWINGS to eBay: a female Wildfire, "Ultralass" [homina homina], Element Lass, and of course Phantom Girl (blogged yesterday).
BARE SLEEVES AND TIGHT TOPS commanded my attention yesterday and this morning. I saw a cute girl on the train this morning with boobs so big and so firmly wrapped that I expected her top to explode. Summer has arrived in New York, and none too soon.

THIS TURNED UP on my search this morning, though not about girls it's very impressive. Read this article, and check the picture of the guy here.
OUT AT A BAR TONIGHT, I saw a muscular girl who was at least 5'9". She was probably about 25 and looked like the kind of girl you'd expect to see on a crew team. Not that cute, but I kept looking over at her arms.
CHECK OUT MY PHOTO ALBUM AT FMG2, under "New Stuff", for two new renders.

HYSTERICAL CATHOLIC GIRLS SCHOOL STORY from Toronto.
ANOTHER MUSCULAR STEPHANIE RENDER at Renderosity.
MIGHTY LINGSTER IS WORKING ON A MOVIE!! I'll try to have it in your hot little hands by the end of the weekend. I'm shooting for 30 seconds. Resolution will be 320x240, and hopefully I can keep the file size below 5 Mb, so that Yahoo! Groups will accept it. I have put three preview photos in a folder at FMG 2.

BURGOS STRIKES AGAIN with a muscular and busty Ice Maiden.
BURGOS POSTED A NEW ONE, of Tomorrow Woman. I really like what he's doing lately--the quality of his line work has really improved. With slightly smaller eyes and significantly smaller, um, headlights, this drawing could easily be a comic book cover. I'm sure someone will color it, so I'll watch for that.
4/11/2002
RED ALERT!!! YATZ has set up his own gallery site! I think the first drawing on this page--Archie being outmuscled by Betty and Veronica--is my favorite. I've always had a bit of a fantasy about exactly what he depicts there, plus I actually remember a comic from maybe 15 years ago wherein Archie sees that a very attractive girl is moving into a house in his neighborhood. He offers to help her with the boxes, but it turns out she's a weightlifter and all the boxes are too heavy for him, while she's able to carry several at a time. The only problem with the comic was that the artist drew her without any muscles.
PAUL SMITH was the reason for the big traffic bump. You've probably already been to his Xtreme Strength site.
BEST-LOOKING THING I'VE SEEN ALL DAY: Anna Larsson, and flexing, thanks to the always reliable Marc2410 on Fistman's board at DtV.
DAVID ANNAND posted a link on DtV to the new Birds of Prey, featuring a flashback to when Power Girl (sigh) first began working for Oracle. You can see previews here. She also appears in the JSA title further down the page.
AN INTERESTING STORY from the AP, here on Yahoo! It reminded me to peek in on the status of myostatin blocker research at Johns Hopkins. Here's a layman's article on the topic.
MESSAGE FROM THE ENHANCEMAN:
- I completely agree about HoJo. The guy created fantastic drawings (if you don't think you have 'em all from his website, I'll email 'em to you. I'm pretty sure I still have 'em).
For him to shut down his website so women won't feel bad about themselves is like me not buying Cosmopolitan magazines for the same reason (nope. Never bought 'em, never will ;)
He's deluding himself.
Later,
Eric F., EnhanceMan
SO I THINK I HAVE IT FIGURED OUT: As a cragnolagniac and mazophiliac, I need to find an overdeveloped young lady who is a sthenologniac.

A VERY GOOD WAY TO WIND UP CRIPPLED, in my humble opinion. Look at this silly thing! Love your knees, they won't be around forever.
CHECKING UP ON MY FETISH DEFINITIONS, shows that Cratolagnia is not specifically an amazon fetish. I find it defined as "arousal from strength of partner", and as related to Sthenolognia, "arousal from displaying strength or muscles". The second source gives an example of a man whose primary method of reaching arousal was vigorous exercise, and manual manipulation of his own biceps. This is not entirely unfamiliar territory to me. I can't find any clinical references on the Web concerned with men having cratolagnian or sthenolognian feelings toward women, but we know it exists! Isn't it nice to know we fit in somewhere?
CRATOLAGNIA: By a happy coincidence the issue of Stuff that is adorned with the plush pumpkins of Sofia Vergara also has an article on bizarre sexual fetishes. Guess what shows up? Cratolagnia, defined as a fetish for amazon women. We get a "freak factor" rating of 2, with 1 being fairly normal and 5 being things like blood sports, mummification, coprophilia, lactation, and snake/body cavity insertion. What's wrong with lactation? Some of my best friends are lactation fetishists!
SOFIA VERGARA IS ON THE COVER OF STUFF this month. She's also done a cover for MAXIM, but I won't hold it against her. She is really, really hot. The picture of her on the front of Stuff shows her all-natural mammalian protuberances projecting outward with improbable enthusiasm and heft. Quite remarkable, really. And when the interviewer suggests she's a latina Pamela Anderson, she informs him that hers are real.
THE GROWING MUSCULARITY OF TENNIS WOMEN, as witnessed by a writer with the East Valley Tribune, of Arizona.
CHECK THIS FAST, before it's gone from the BEArchive. One of the funniest things I've seen.
REMEMBER THOSE SEXY FITNESS COMICS by HoJo? Check here. Loser. The idea that there would be no ugliness without beauty is repugnant and stupid. And HoJo, who is extraordinarily talented, should be ashamed of himself for falling into that trap. What good is an artist who refuses to depict beauty? He should go out and read some Ayn Rand books.
A NICE RENDER OF A MUSCULAR WOMAN at Renderosity, using the Stephanie model. Nudity.
NEW COMICS DAY will be a day late due to my own failure to make time to get to the comic book shop today.
A CLOSE CALL for Halle Berry, while filming the latest crap Bond film.
ODD LITTLE COMMENTARY, but enjoyable.
TWO NOTEWORTHY EVENTS TODAY: Around 10am I saw supermodel Christy Turlington crossing Cooper Square in the East Village. She's tall--but about as unamazonic as possible in every other regard. The thing that surprised me is how ordinary looking she is. The other noteworthy event was during lunch. I found myself sitting next to a very muscular young woman--natural muscle of the kind appreciated by Robert Crumb or our own Uncle Sleazy. Whenever her arms would come to rest on the table, her biceps swelled out with a big, pronounced lump at the bottom. She looked very strong. And when she got up, she put her boyfriend--a not-very-athletic-looking fellow, in an affectionate headlock. She charmed the heck out of me. I wouldn't go so far as to call her pretty, but definitely attractive in a pleasant, healthy sort of way.
GOOD GOD! Somebody must have added a link to the blog!

A VERY WELL-FED JAPANESE GIRL.
SO I'M IN A MEETING THIS MORNING, in one of the conference rooms, and my favorite co-worker--an athletic, busty, good-looking girl--arrives and takes her seat just outside the room, directly in my line of sight. She was not wearing what I would consider to be appropriate attire for an office environment. Well, she starts stretching and just moving around a whole lot, and I became completely distracted. Hardly fair--I wonder if she was doing it on purpose.
ROBERT SHARKEY, who makes great 3D props, dips his toe into the murky waters of female muscle.
NATURE OR NURTURE? Marknew and I have been emailing all morning, and one thing that came up is the nature vs. nurture argument. Is FMG inherited or learned? When I was about 10 years old, my father bought a weight set and started lifting, as well as buying bodybuilding magazines. Eventually the weight set went into a box in the basement, but he kept buying the magazines. I could never figure out why, until my libido began to stir, and I began raiding his stash of bodybuilding mags the way most boys raid their pops' Penthouse collection. Alternatively, as I've written before, the girl next door to me, who was my age, ripened into a true amazon, standing six inches taller than me at one point in my early adolescence, with unusually large muscles and breasts. So maybe I began to covet what I saw every day, to borrow Dr. Lecter's wording. What do you think? Nature or nurture?

DANA MATEROVA: Look at this muscle cutie! She weighs about 125 pounds, benches 250. Thanks to Marc2410 at Fistman's Finest Photos Board on DtV.

YATZ posts a stirring image on Wreck Shop's board, and another. I like the way he does portraits of known female celebs sporting huge muscles.
FUNNIEST THING I SAW ON MY TRIP: Virginia plates--BUXM LASS. She had her flashers on and was pulled over on Rte. 85 south of Richmond--I went by too fast to check her out.
WYRMMASTER has posted a few of his Steffy Staxx renders--basically Stephanie with bigger boobs than might otherwise have been possible sans his ministrations. They're all nude, but one has muscles, two others (1,2) do not. You might notice vertices poking out on Stephanie's breasts--that's because there are an insufficient number of polygons in Stephanie's breasts for Poser to round them off properly when they're amplified to that size. It's a fairly unobtrusive glitch--easily corrected in Photoshop.
3D RENDER here.
I HAVE RETURNED, but am somewhat the worse for wear. It's amazing how much of the country you can cover in a short period of time, if you're willing to drive 14 hours a day at 70mph. I am completely exhausted.

OK, ONE THING--Marknew posted a new story, just a prelude, but seems to have great promise.

HELLO, NURSE! Burgos adds The Black Cat and another Wonder Woman to eBay. As far as my favorites go, this Wonder Woman is way out in front.
THANK GOD there's a new episode of Enterprise on tonight. Between having my employment threatened again, finding out that new comics day has been postponed, and being mauled by dozens of FMG fetishists fruitlessly trying to download "Gamma Girl", I'm about ready to pop.
Funny, when I read that last sentence back, it suddenly occcurred to me that I might come across as an anti-social loser with a miserable life. Disclaimer: with the possible exception of the "anti-social" part, nothing could be further from the truth.

LEEE WRITES:
- Since we were discussing animation and the Illusion software, I decided to spice up my old AltaWoman transformation video and also make it into a higher quality Real Player file.
This video is normally reserved for AltaWoman's Member's section, but I wanted to put it in the free area for a couple of days to get some testing and people's reaction.
Please feel free to check it out at - http://www.altawoman.net/awtrans0402.html
You need a RealOne Player to view it, and a high speed connection is probably best (It hasn't been tested on a standard modem connection, so I don't know how it will come out) Also speakers are a must for the music.
Enjoy! And please send your comments to leee@altawoman.net

BURGOS POSTED A SPIDER-WOMAN DRAWING I missed. Nice muscles.
THAT THROWAWAY MOVIE is now posted at FMG2 on Yahoo. I don't like it but you guys might.
THE MOVIE, AGAIN. Look, as long as I'm gonna do this, I'm gonna do it right. So I'm going to need a female volunteer and possibly a male volunteer to do the voices. Contact me at lingster@email.com if you're interested or have any ideas where I might find a girl willing to do the voice.
THIS ARTICLE MADE ME SMILE, and it involves Hooters girls, so....here it is.
BURGOS POSTED THIS--It's nice, but I wonder why he's posting so much cartoon stuff, rather than more realistic drawings?
THE NEW MOVIE--Still at least a week away. My PC (P3 Xeon, 512Mb Ram), churned away for 14 hours to render 240 frames for one portion of the sequence (more than three minutes per frame). I'm not that happy with it, so I think I'll have to start over. Tonight maybe I'll post the scrap film as a "throwaway", if I can compress it to less than 5 Meg. I may change the setting, too. Let me know what you guys think of this setting.
By the way, I am coming to think that gradual growth that takes 10 seconds is less visually compelling than numerous, dramatic spurts of growth that take one second or less--i.e. punctuated growth.
